What is The
Ridings Folk Group?
 The
Ridings is the Yorkshire area group for the Camping and Caravanning Club Folk
Dance and Song Section. We are people who enjoy folk music, singing and dancing
as well as caravanning and camping. So we combine the two activities.
We
meet regularly together in different locations throughout Yorkshire, usually on
a weekend or holiday time. When we meet we will make music together and have a
dance in the evenings. We may also hold workshops for a variety of activities
(which you can find out about elsewhere in this site).
We
are sure that you will find something to enjoy in the Ridings Folk Section.
